Recently seen and heard at the 30A Songwriters Festival, David Ryan Harris and Michelle Malone will return to South Walton for a one-night-only performance for ArtsQuest's "Songs on the Lawn," a new event that will take place in the beautiful outdoor listening room of Ruskin Park. This is a ticketed event, and all proceeds benefit the CAA. TICKETS

"ArtsQUEST for the Greatest Mom" Contest Winner Announced

After receiving more than 150 heart-warming stories about great moms from around the country, we are delighted to announce that the winning essay for the "ArtsQUEST for the Greatest Mom" contest came from Magan Weeks in Opp, Ala., highlighting the strength and perseverance of her mom through some very challenging times. We are thrilled to be able to reward this mother and her daughter with a very special ArtsQuest experience and a stay at one of the most beautiful homes in Seaside.

2012 Poster Winner Is Elvis Flies For K9 Air By Robin Wiesneth

Miramar beach resident Robin Wiesneth's acrylic painting titled "Elvis Flies for K9 Air" was selected from among 200 submitted images to represent the 2012 ArtsQuest Fine Arts and Music Festival. Produced by the Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County (CAA), the 24th annual event will be held over Mother's Day Weekend, May 11-13, and features activities for the entire family in downtown Seaside. Wiesneth's artwork will be featured on posters, t-shirts, and other marketing pieces promoting the event.
